  • Where do you source your ingredients?
    We use only fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create meals that are wholesome and delicious. By supporting local farms and growers, we ensure that every dish is crafted with quality ingredients.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place your order directly on our website, where you’ll find a simple and user-friendly menu to browse. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone or email, and our team will be happy to assist you.
  • When do I order?
    Our weekly menu goes live on Monday night. All orders must be submitted at least two days in advance of the delivery day. We deliver on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so orders must be placed by Monday evening for Wednesday delivery, and by Wednesday for Friday delivery.
  • Can I purchase Ef Zeen's favorites year-round?
    Yes! You can order anytime with a minimum purchase of $50. We currently offer Spinach Feta Triangles and Trays (perfect for families or gatherings, uncooked), Greek lasagna-style pastitsio, Dolmades, Tzatziki, and traditional Greek sweets, including Baklava, shortbread cookies, custard pie, Cherry Cheesecake, and more. Check our menu for the full selection. Be sure to visit our website for availability and any special time-limited offerings.
  • How much does it cost?
    Meals are individually priced, with a minimum order of $50. Delivery is $3 per day, and orders over $80 qualify for free delivery.
  • How does delivery work?
    We offer home delivery and pickup at The Grove. Home Delivery: Available across London and surrounding areas. Deliveries take place between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to your preferred location. Pickup: You can collect your order at The Grove’s location at your convenience
  • Where do you deliver?
    We currently deliver to London and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your location is within our delivery zone, feel free to contact us for confirmation. Delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout, and we aim to get your meal to you as fresh as possible.
  • Are your meals customizable for dietary needs?
    We strive to accommodate a range of dietary preferences and needs. Please let us know about any specific allergies, sensitivities, or dietary requirements when placing your order, and we will do our best to meet them.
  • Do you offer catering services?
    Yes! We offer catering for events, special occasions, and gatherings. Contact us to discuss your requirements and to create a personalized menu.
  • What are your business hours?
    Our hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for meal deliveries. Catering services are available Monday to Sunday, and we are happy to accommodate special requests—just reach out to us to discuss your needs.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, we offer digital and physical gift cards. They can be used to purchase any of our meals or products on the site and make the perfect gift for friends, family and yout team.
  • Do you offer a subscription or meal plan service?
    We are working on introducing subscription plans soon! Keep an eye out for updates on our website or subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive offers and new service announcements.
  • How can I get in touch with customer support?

  • How long does the food last?
    Our meals are made without additives or preservatives, so they remain fresh for up to three days, including the day of delivery. Proper refrigeration is recommended to maintain their quality. Our meals are prepared fresh and can be refrigerated for up to 3-5 days. If you’re unable to consume the meals within that time frame, many of our dishes can be frozen for longer storage.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
